The Assistant Manager - Industry Liaison & Outreach is responsible for establishing and enhancing the Triple-Helix+ at Ziauddin University i.e. Industry, Academia, Government and Community relationships. S/he shall coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to promote university output (research, products, services and expertise) and engage in fundraising.
To recruit new industry partners by networking and actively seeking opportunities for industrial participation in research as well as educational activities;
To retain and increase interaction with current industry partners.
To facilitate faculty/student/industry relations through internships, faculty/student participation in joint projects with industry, fellowships, seminars, career placement, etc.;
To assist in the formation and sustenance of new international partnerships.
To organize annual activities and periodic meetings with Triple-Helix+ partners;
To maintain an active database and website for Triple-Helix+ partners;
To document financial contributions from partners; and
To prepare a report of industry collaborations for the university.
Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field e.g. Management Sciences, PR, Marketing, Communications.
English and Urdu proficiency are required.
Fully proficient Computer, Social Media and Presentation Skills
Age limit in between 24 to 35 Years
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in Industry Liaison/Outreach with proven ability in developing partnerships, fundraising and establishing Triple-Helix+ projects.
