The Assistant Manager Projects & Grants is responsible for the planning, development and execution of projects and grants. S/he shall hunt and disseminate external grants/projects; facilitate the application process and monitor the execution.
To Manage the grantor pipeline, own and cultivate relationships with grantors and understand reporting requirements for each grantor;
To organize project management within university to serve both scientific goals and grantor requirements;
To actively search and disseminate grant/project calls and follow-up applications.
To understand technical project deliverables and timelines and, working with the project leads, translate them into project management software, which is then continuously updated;
To provide communication and structural support for project teams and project partners by managing email communications, meetings, and coordination;
To prepare progress reports and other needed grant documents for partners and other funders;
To assist in the preparation of grant/project applications and other necessary supporting materials for grants, projects, and competitions.
Manage the project - which includes coordinating the project team to keep them on track and keeping the project on budget. Also carry out monitoring and control activities in order to track the progress of the project.
Bachelor's/Master degree in a relevant field is required e.g. Management Sciences, Natural Sciences or Engineering preferably with project management specialization.
English and Urdu proficiency are required.
Fully proficient Computer, Social Media and Presentation Skills
Age limit in between 24 to 35 Years
Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in grant/project management with proven ability to secure, plan and execute external projects/grants.
